KEGG analysis
KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)는 생화학 Pathway 관련 데이터베이스로, 해당 분석을 통해 Functional annotation을 얻을 수 있습니다. 대상 유전자들을 KEGG DB와 비교하여 유전자들이 어느 Pathway에 관여하는지 결과를 얻을 수 있습니다. 또한 관심있는 Pathway의 어느 단계에서 유전자의 발현이 변화되는지 KEGGmapper나 MAPMAN과 같은 프로그램을 통해 Visualization 할 수 있으며, 통계적인 방법을 통해 P-value 값에 따라 유의하다고 판단되는 Pathway를 Plot으로 표현할 수 있습니다.
