단일 염기 다형성 (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism; SNP)이나 small insertion/deletion polymorphism 은 유전체에서 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 다형성으로, 유전적 다양성 및 표현형 변이에 기여하고 있습니다. 기존에 Reference가 있는 경우, Resequencing을 통해 유전체 수준에서의 SNP와 small In/del 등의 변이를 탐지할 수 있습니다.

RNA data를 이용한 SNP,Indel analysis
단일 염기 다형성 (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism; SNP)이나 Small insertion/deletion polymorphism 은 유전체에서 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 다형성으로, 유전적 다양성 및 표현형 변이에 기여하고 있습니다. SNP와 Small In/del 등의 변이는 RNAseq 데이터를 통해서도 분석이 가능합니다. Reference가 있는 경우에는 Raw read를 Reference genome 서열에 mapping 하여 변이를 탐색하고, Reference가 없는 경우에는 Assembly를 통해 작성된 서열을 이용하여 변이를 분석할 수 있습니다.

SSR analysis
단순 반복 염기 서열 (Simple Sequence Repeat; SSR)은 주로 식물에서 많이 사용되는 분자마커의 한 종류입니다. 유전체 내에는 2-10bp 정도의 특정 서열이 반복되는 영역이 존재하는데, 해당 영역은 종 (Species)마다 반복수의 변이가 존재합니다. SSR 마커는 분석 대상 식물의 Genome 또는 RNA sequence를 이용하여 sequence 내에 반복되는 서열을 탐색 후, 개체 간의 SSR 변이를 분석할 수 있습니다.
